Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
When will I receive my tracking number? You will automatically receive your tracking number via email within 24-48 hours after placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Please remember to check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Why is my tracking link showing no information yet? It can sometimes take up to 24 hours from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email until the courier scans the package at their first transit hub. If there are no updates after 3 business days, please let us know.
What should I do if my package is delayed? Shipping couriers occasionally experience unexpected delays. If your package hasn’t moved for several days or if the estimated delivery date has passed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
