📦 Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) as well as Apple Pay and local payment solutions. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process and pack orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot alter it, but you can always return it within our 14-day return window.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer fast and reliable shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Denmark, and 3-7 business days for international orders.
How do I track my package? As soon as your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email contains your unique tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the courier to update the tracking information.

How do I return a product?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your package. The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to receive return instructions and a return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do? We are very sorry about that! Please send an email to our support team with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will immediately arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
