Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Denmark)

We ship to all addresses within Denmark. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries across Europe. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Delays

In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages
