At Nexus Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging

Refunds

Exchanges
